DIVISION 1 meets for 1, 2 or 3 hours a week and is Beginner gymnastics. With emphasis on learning about gym safety, proper use of equipment and learning the basics of gymnastics. 
 
DIVISION 2 meets for 1, 2  or 3 hours a week and is Intermediate gymnastics. With emphasis on strength, development of skills and the technicality of gymnastics. 
 
DIVISION 3 meets for 1, 2 or 3 hours a week and is Advanced gymnastics, with emphasis on developing more advanced gymnastics skills. DIVISION 3 is prepatory for pre-team.
